HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (Melaka – Ayer Keroh) (Click for details)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the handling of all HR matters.
  • Responsible to handle foreign workers affairs (e.g. hostel’s management, work permit renewal, passport renewal, foreign workers’ welfare and discipline).
  • Active participation in HR related activities including employees’ training and development, employees’ induction program, employees’ welfare, employees’.
  • Team with Safety Officer to investigate accident at workplace, safety of workers and other related matters.
  • In charge of monitoring and keeping records on Insurance Policy matters including the issuance of cover notes for new vehicles and renewal of policies.
  • Responsible for the renewal of road tax, inspection and insurance of all company vehicles.
  • Responsible for the arrangement of payment of quit rents and assessment for all properties of the company including monitoring and maintaining those records.
  • Liaising with all Government Departments in the matter of application and renewal of certificates annually and periodically (e.g. JKKP, DOE, KPDN, SPAD & etc).
  • Liaising with Company Secretary in respect to the preparation of Directors’ Resolution and maintaining records of the same.
  • Assisting the Administrative Manager for all matters relating to Intellectual Property (Trademark) including custody of all the company’s trademark certificates.
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Studies Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Able to work under tight deadline.
  • Willing to work long hours and on rest days at any hours when necessary.

EXPORT EXECUTIVE (Click for details)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operations in export sales administration(in charge of issuance of all export documentations eg.invoice,packing list,SI,Form D,Form A,K2,etc).
  • To liase with government department for export license or any other documents related to government department.
  • To co-ordinate with shipping liners/freight forwarders for shipment bookings and the arrangement of containers.
  • To prepare monthly sales summary or any other reports related to export department.
  • To coordinate with production to meet the customer expectations.
  • Any related job assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience.
  • Preferably candidate specializing in Shipping or equivalent.

ASSISTANT EXPORT MANAGER - BISCUIT PRODUCTS (Click for details)
Responsibilities:

  • Understand the products of the company thoroughly.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and achieve sales target, e.g. cold calling, canvassing etc.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for such products.
  • Set evaluation parameters to gauge the customer satisfaction about the products.
  • Continuously monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis.
  • Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands.
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Degree in International Business/ Marketing or relevant qualification.

FACTORY MANAGER/ ASSISTANT FACTORY MANAGER (Click for details)
Responsibilities:

  • To ensure smooth running of factories’ operation.
  • Work closely with production managers in analyzing, planning, and scheduling the utilization of facilities, equipments, raw materials, work process and manpower to improve the efficiency of production’s operation.
  • Oversees warehouse operation.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of ISO 9001, HACCP and GMP in the factories.
  • Responsible for the handling of HR issues related to foreign workers.
  • Active participation in HR related activities including employees’ training and development, employees’ induction program, employees’ welfare, employees’ discipline and domestic inquiry.
  • Assist in the investigation of accidents which has happened in the workplace.
  • Inspect the place of work to determine any machine, equipment and work process that may cause injury / accident to any employees working in the workplace.
  • Issue, develop and maintain safety regulations in liaison with Supervisors and Line Leader to ensure these regulations are combined in the work instruction and respected by employees.
  • Assist in the organizing and implementing of occupational safety and health programme.
  • Complete and maintain accidents / occupational disease reports which have occurred at the workplace.
Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing management preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Familiarity and experience in MS ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, HALAL environment.
  • Possess a Certificate in Safety & Health & registered with DOSH/NIOSH will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience working in the area of Occupational Safety and Health is an added advantage.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL/ MECHANICAL) (Click for details)
Responsibilities:

  • Provides maintenance service and technical support for existing machinery and new development projects in the Company so as to minimize breakdowns and loss of production time.
  • Execute pre-planned maintenance service for manufacturing equipment to achieve optimal performance.
  • Assist in machinery breakdown and product quality issues troubleshooting and implementation of countermeasure actions to remedy such issues.
  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance, daily checklist and proper housekeeping.
  • Responsible to upkeep machinery and documentation.
  • Carried out 5S and machine cleaning regularly to keep a high level of cleanliness.
  • To troubleshoot and repair machines and electrical appliances breakdowns promptly. Under urgent cases, the technician shall be required to work outside normal hours.
  • To install and dismantle machines equipment.
  • Basic welding practices and techniques.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements:

  • At least 2years working experience in maintenance and mechanical field.
  • Passes welding certification is an added advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solved problem for electrical, mechanical and instrumentation jobs.

  • Assist factory manager in handling and resolving any disputes or problems that occur in production.
  • Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day production operation of various departments in the factory.
  • Coordinate daily production activities.
  • Attend meetings with production managers and factory manager.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of machines.
  • Responsible for manpower arrangement.
  • Responsible for inventory management.

  • Assist Production Supervisor in supervising a team of operators in performing daily tasks

  • Take appropriate action to any variation in the production function and report to Production Supervisor immediately
  • Ensure that all operators comply with the safety and security standards in performing their duty.
